Betty S. Pharr, 75, of Athens, passed away Wednesday, May 30, 2018 at home.
Born in Newport News, VA, she was a daughter of the late Morton P. Sadler Jr. and Cora McAllister Sadler. Mrs. Pharr retired as an Office Manager from the Terry College of Business. She was a former Watkinsville Baptist Church Sunday School teacher and a current member of Faith Presbyterian Church.
Survivors include her husband, Bill Pharr; children, Kathy Lapointe (Darcy), Hunt Pharr (Margie) and Jacquie Eberhart (Ronnie); grandchildren, Kyle, Jessie, Jacob, Caleb, Lindsey, Chase and great granddaughter Hope Ann along with a host of other relatives and friends.
Memorial services will be held Saturday, June 9, 2018 at 3:00 pm at Lord and Stephens, West. The family will receive friends prior to the service from 2:00 until 3:00 pm.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Gideons International
Lord and Stephens, West in charge of arrangements.
