Betty Koenigshof

Betty Koenigshof, 87, of Watkinsville, passed away on Monday, January 8, 2024.

Born in Danielsville, she was a daughter of the late William Breece Ward and Lovie Hill Ward. She was an accomplished esthetician for over 30 years and owned and operated The Retreat Day Spa in her basement where many enjoyed her services and products. She was an avid gardener and loved traveling with her husband. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her two brothers, John Ward and James Ward; step daughter, Cynthia Koenigshof and her husband, Gerald Koenigshof.

Survivors include step-daughter, Julie Milligan (husband David, children Devin & Kayla); step-daughter, Jean Irvin (husband Michael, children Zoe & Danielle); niece, Pam Audet and many cherished friends that were like family.

Funeral services will be Monday, January 15, 2024 at 10:00 am at Lord and Stephens, West. Interment will follow at Evergreen Memorial Park.
