Bishop, GA - Bernard Leo Stiving, 82, died June 8, 2007.
A native of Shelby, Ohio, he was a son of the late Merle and Harley Stiving and was preceded in death by a brother, Richard Stiving. He lived in this area since 1956 and was a mechanical engineer, as well as a farmer and boiler operator.
Memorial services will be Tuesday, June 12, 2007, at 3:00 PM at High Shoals United Methodist Church with Rev. Doug Bower officiating.
Survivors include his wife, Corinne Stiving; two daughters and sons-in-law, Kay and David Lowe of Eatonton, GA, Lisa and Mark Jordan of Canton, GA; one brother, Harley Edward Stiving, St. Petersburg, FL; two grandchildren.
The family will receive friends Monday from 6:00 until 8:00 PM at the funeral home.
Flowers are optional. Memorials may be made to High Shoals UMC, PO Box 32, High Shoals, GA 30645.
Lord and Stephens, WEST, is in charge of arrangements.
