Nicholson - Bartow C. Chambers, 71, died Friday, January 22, 2010 at his residence.
Born in Hall County, he was the son of the late Fletcher James and Eunice Chambers. He retired from Keenan Transport Company and served his country in the US Army.
Survivors include his wife, Kathryn Deloris Chambers; daughters, Donna Williams, Diane Prentice, Pam Saintamour; sister, Ethel Noland; brothers, Robert and Daniel Chambers; five grandchildren, Madison Kate Williams, Cierra Saintamour, Sydney Saintamour, Cheyenne Prentice and Jacob McElreath.
A memorial service will be held Sunday, January 24, 2010 at 2:30 p.m. at the Nicholson City Hall, Nicholson, Ga.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the American Lung Association.
