Arthur Alvin Mann, Jr.

Arthur Alvin Mann, Jr., 81, of Watkinsville, passed away on Monday, January 27, 2020.

Born in Cornelia, he was a son of the late Arthur Mann, Sr. and Virginia Rhodes Mann. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his brothers, Bob Mann and Frank Mann.

Survivors include his wife, Joan Anderson Mann; daughter, Jennifer O’Joy Mann; son, Art Mann, III (Allison); grandchildren, Anna Mann, Anslie Mann, Chandler Mann and Allison Vagase; brother, Bill Mann (Mimi); sisters-in-law, Betty Mann and Cissy Mann; brother-in-law, Eddie Anderson; many special nieces and nephews whom he loved so dearly and a special cousin who he loved as a sister, Sueleata Mann Sorrells (Steve).

Funeral services will be held Thursday, January 30, 2020 at 2:00 pm at Oconee Chapel, 2370 Hwy 53, Watkinsville, GA 30677. Interment will follow in Oconee Memorial Park. The family will receive friends prior to the service from 12:00 pm until 2:00 pm. Active pallbearers will be Frank Mann, Jr., Bill Mann, Rob Mann, Sean Anderson, Kris Anderson, Eddie Anderson, Chris Mann and Alex Westerlund and honorary pallbearers will be the Watkinsville McDonald’s Coffee Club and the Royston Dinner Friends.
