Anna W. Daniell, 85, died Monday, May 2, 2011 at her residence.
Born in Bradenton , FL , she was the daughter of the late Byron Williams and the late Blanche Ward Williams Robison. Mrs. Daniell retired from the US Department of Agriculture in 1973 and was a member of Watkinsville First United Methodist Church . She was a member of the Ladies Auxiliary for the VFW Post 9147.
Survivors include her husband Gunter W. Daniell, daughter, Jane(Fordyce) Daniell Mitchel of Wetumpka, AL, son, Thomas "Tom"(Leslie) Daniell of Bedford, TX, grandsons: John(Christina), Scott, Jeff(Carla) Daniell and Aaron(Marissa) Mitchel; great grandchildren: Jordan, Zachary, Johnmark, Adam, Eli, Katy, Hunter, and Grace and several nieces and nephews along with special caregivers, Shantisa Coleman and Lisa Merritt. She is preceded in death by her brother Byron Williams, Jr., John Williams, and Edward Robison.
A Celebration of Life will be held Friday, May 6, 2011, 11AM at Lord & Stephens West Chapel with Rev. Randy Kanipe and Rev. Dewey Mallory, ThD officiating. Burial will follow at Johnson United Methodist Church. Pallbearers will be David Williams, Chuck Williams, Bob Williams, Mike Robison, William Robison, Randy Daniel, and Chris Fitzpatrick.
The family will receive friends from 6PM to 8PM Thursday, May 5, 2011 at the funeral home.
In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to Johnson United Methodist Church Cemetery Fund, 1890 Flat Rock Road , Watkinsville , GA 30677
