Ann Marie Wapshott

Ann Marie Wapshott, 65, of Watkinsville, passed away Monday, March 14, 2016.
Born in Kewanee, Illinois, she was the daughter of the late Herbert Daniel Kerns and Mildred Hodge Kerns. Mrs. Wapshott enjoyed reading, and most of all, she loved her grandchildren.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Michael Wapshott; one daughter, Tammy Renee Parsons; and one brother, Joseph Nelson Kerns.
Survivors include two daughters: Bettyann Collinsworth and her husband, Brad; and Jennifer Browning and her husband, Ben; three grandchildren: Bonnie Kate Collinsworth, Sam Browning and Daley Browning; one niece: Judith Fleming; one sister: Alice Camp and her husband, David; and two brothers: Danny Kerns and his wife, Sue; and Artie Kerns and his wife, Christy.
Graveside services will be held Thursday, March 17, 2016 at 3:00 PM at Athens Memory Gardens with Rev. Randy Crowe officiating.
Flowers are accepted.
