Angela Denise Hoffman, 46, died August 25, 2014.
Memorial Services will be Tuesday, August 26, 2014 at 11:00 AM at the chapel of Lord and Stephens, WEST.
Survivors include her husband, Michael Hoffman; five children, Hannah, Thomas, Carly, Michaelyn and Annette; mother and stepfather, Christine and Marvin Clupper of Jackson, GA; father and stepmother, Thomas and Suzanne Kimbrell of Cumming, GA; brother and sister in law, Eric and Rhonda Kimbrell of Barnesville, GA.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Our Daily Bread, 465 North Lumpkin Street, Athens, GA 30601.
Lord and Stephens, WEST, is in charge of arrangements.
