Athens - Allen Stanley (Slim) Cunningham, 57, died December 12, 2005.
A native of Clarke County, he was the son of the late James and Mary Elder Cunningham.
Funeral services will be Wednesday, December 14, 2005 at 4:00 PM at the chapel of Lord & Stephens, EAST. Rev. Gerald Brunson will officiate.
Survivors include his wife, Glenda B. Barnette; two sons and daughter-in-law, Kevin and Felicia Cunningham of Banks County, Matt Cunningham of Athens; godson, Chris Cunningham of Athens; daughters and son-in-law, Cindy Barnette of Athens and Christy and Wesley McDonald of Comer; one sister, Rosemary Wilson of Arnoldsville; four brothers, Kenneth Cunningham of Hull, Red Cunningham of Watkinsville; Carey Cunningham of Athens and Terry Cunningham of Huntsville, AL; five grandchildren.
The family will receive friends Wednesday from 2:00 until 4:00 PM at the funeral home.
Lord & Stephens, EAST, is in charge of arrangements.
