Allen Odell Collins

Allen Odell Collins, 80 of Danielsville, passed away at his home surrounded by his family. Mr. Collins was an avid gardener and a Great Husband and Father. He was the son of the late Harvey and Millie Collins and also preceded in death by his grandparents, Osie & Jessie Mae House Evans. He was a Radar man on the USS Oriskany with the United States Navy during the Korean Conflict and attended Davids Home Church.
Funeral Services will be Monday July 6, 2015 3:00PM at Lord & Stephens, Danielsville Chapel with Rev. Doug Conwell officiating. The family will have a visitation at the funeral home Sunday, July 5, 2015 from 6:00 to 8:00pm. The interment will be in Meadow Cemetery.
Survivors are: Wife of 55 Years, Jo Nell Collins; daughters, Tammy (Ronnie) Atkinson and Tracy Collins; A Very Special Godson, Sam Cleghorne and his family; granddaughter, McKayla Collins and his four legged friends, Dot and Gus.
Pallbearers are: Ryan Cleghorne, Wayne Collins, Roger Collins, Lamar Evans, Stanley Dove and Steve Booth.
