Ajie Mauldin died Tuesday, October 7, 2008.
She was born in East Point, Georgia on May 24, 1916. She was married to Jack Mauldin for over 40 years. Ajie was an active member and Sunday School teacher at Peachtree Baptist Church. She and Jack later moved to Hartwell, Georgia where they joined Sardis Baptist Church. She was president of the Happy Harts Club and she also started the Christian Clown Ministry at Sardis.
She is survived by her three children, Jack, Carol and Mike; seven grandchildren; and one great grandchild.
Funeral services will be Friday, October 10, 2008 at 11:00 AM at Sardis Baptist Church in Hartwell, Georgia followed by burial in the church cemetery. Visitation will be Thursday evening from 6:00 PM until 8:00 PM at the funeral home.
