Susan Carroll

Susan Carroll of Bogart, GA, passed away August 21, 2022.

She was born on August 22, 1954 in Charlotte, NC and was a graduate of Mekelburg Senior High School. Susan was retired from State Farm and was a member of Prince Avenue Baptist Church. She loved reading, crafting, cooking and raising her two furbabies, Bentley and Artimas.

Susan is survived by her husband of forty-three years, John Carroll; brother-in-law, William (Andrea) Carroll; sister-in-law, Elizabeth Carroll; several nieces and nephews.

Funeral services will be Wednesday, August 24, 2022 at 11:00 AM at the chapel of Lord and Stephens Funeral Home, WEST. Entombment will follow at Evergreen Memorial Park. The family will receive friends Wednesday from 9:30 until 11:00 AM at the funeral home.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the Athens Area Humane Society.
