Cindy Louise Deal

Cindy Louise Deal, 58, of Winder, died Wednesday, October 23, 2019.

Born in Athens, she was a daughter of the late Ira Jake Rogers and Betty Bradberry Rogers. She was a longtime employee of Oconee Trim Shop and a caregiver for many following her retirement. Mrs. Deal enjoyed traveling, specifically to Savannah and most importantly, she enjoyed time spent with her grandchildren. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, William “Frank” Deal; one brother, Mel Rogers and one sister, Linda Dove.

Survivors include two children, Russ Nevil (Sunny) and Josh Deal (Sabrena); one sister, Phyllis Hogan; four grandchildren, Bella, Benja, Beatrice and Dylan.

Memorial services will be Monday, October 28, 2019 at 5:00 pm at Athens First United Methodist Church.
